1 General Terms

These terms and conditions (referred to below as "Terms") apply to the supre baji website and all services operated under it. Using any supre baji service — casino games, sports betting, virtual sports, fishing games or any other gaming activity — means you have automatically accepted these Terms.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute or issue of interpretation, the Bengali version will take precedence. supre baji reserves the right to change, amend or cancel any part of these Terms at any time.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to use supre baji's services. 2.2 Registration Requirements

3 Account Management

3.1 Password Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep all account login details — username and password — completely confidential. No third party may be given access to the account. If unauthorised use of an account is suspected, please check the FAQ section immediately or notify the support team.

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

supre baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Providing false information
• Transferring the account to a third party

4 Deposits and Payments

Popular Bangladeshi mobile banking and financial services can be used to make deposits at supre baji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, etc.).

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Users may only deposit using a payment method registered in their own name
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted
• Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be added to the account balance
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, the support team must be notified

5 Withdrawal Rules

5.1 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, cases requiring additional verification may take somewhat longer.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification on the account must be complete before a withdrawal can be made
• Withdrawal requests must be made through a method registered in the user's own name
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been met
• Suspicious or unusual withdrawal requests may be held for additional verification

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

6.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each promotion applies only once per account
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash
• The original deposited amount can be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, but doing so will cancel the bonus
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, supre baji reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available on supre baji — slots, live casino, cricket betting, virtual sports, fishing games and others — are operated according to the rules of the respective game provider. The specific rules for each game can be found within the game itself.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a connection is lost during a game due to a server or network problem, the game result will be determined based on the data saved on the server. supre baji reserves the right to void any winnings or prizes displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

7.3 Betting Rules

The following points should be kept in mind for sports betting and virtual sports:

• Bets on confirmed or already-started events are not accepted
• Users may not be notified in advance of odds changes
• If a betting event is cancelled or suspended, the stake for that bet will be refunded

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on supre baji and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Opening an account using a false identity or false information
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting
• Playing games using software, bots or any automated method
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the gaming system
• Harassing or disturbing other users
• Selling or transferring an account or balance to a third party
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity

9 Liability and Limitations

supre baji works to keep its services uninterrupted and free of errors, but is not liable if services are temporarily unavailable due to technical disruptions or external causes.

9.1 Liability for Losses

supre baji accepts no liability for the following:

• A user's gaming losses or winnings
• Interruptions to a game caused by loss of internet connection
• Problems with a user's device
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers
